Kim Victoria Cattrall, born August 21, 1956 in London, is the daughter of a British and Canadian actress from Canada and the UK. She is most famous as Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for 2002 for the Best Supporting Female actress. In 2008 and 2010, she reprised the character in the films Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. She is also known for her roles in the movies Porky's and Porky's from 1980 and her appearances in Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin. Kim Cattrall is most often linked to her HBO sitcom Sex & the City, where she played Samantha Jones. Cattrall has earned a reputation for herself as an actor. The role she played as Samantha Jones was one of her most memorable roles. The show not only increased her popularity with the nation's public, but also made her a global star, giving the actress a lot of fame and respect. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most famous role is her role in the dramatic comedy La Dolce Vita. The film received an Oscar as well as received the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival of 1960. It was also commercially and critically highly acclaimed. The actress was born in Sweden's Skane and was a model prior to when she began her acting career. She went on to win her first Miss Sweden contest. Her move to US in the early 1990s, where she began to appear in multiple movies in minor roles. The first role she was credited with was in the film Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in which she was a Venusian guard. The film was later awarded the Golden Globe award in the Most Promising Newcomer category, after her appearance in the film Blood Alley.
